Blake Angelo is a partner at FMI, where he co-leads the firm’s Energy & Power team within the Strategy practice, alongside Evan Fairmont. Together, they focus on advancing “Speed to Power,” helping energy and utility clients scale operations to meet growing demand from regulators, customers, hyperscalers and data center developers.
Blake advises power and energy organizations on optimizing capital project delivery and evolving business models for a decarbonized economy. His expertise includes project operating models and lifecycle transformation, enterprise PMO development, project controls and accelerating execution across large-scale generation, transmission and industrial energy initiatives. He also supports clients across renewable, thermal and blended infrastructure development, commissioning strategies and risk mitigation.
Prior to FMI, Blake and Evan were leaders at Pioneer Management Consulting, where they directed more than $6 billion in energy infrastructure projects spanning utility-scale renewables, thermal generation and transmission and distribution systems. Blake brings more than 15 years of consulting experience across energy and utilities, financial services, health care, public sector and food and agriculture. He partners with boards and executive teams to navigate change, drive growth and deliver measurable results.
