Brandon Alati

Brandon Alati is an analyst at FMI Capital Advisors, FMI Corporation's investment banking subsidiary. Brandon is responsible for supporting senior bankers in the execution of mergers and acquisitions through financial analysis, company valuation, market research and the preparation of marketing materials. He works across several specialized groups including cleantech, building products manufacturers, chemicals, and contractor and construction services.

Proir to joining FMI, Brandon worked as an accountant, giving him a strong understanding of the fundamentals behind a transaction. He also worked as a general contractor, primarily in roofing, giving him relevant industry insights.
