Chris Wick

Chris Wick is a Senior Consultant at FMI, where he is helping build out the firm's energy practice. Chris partners with clients across the energy sector on both strategy and deployment, working alongside utilities and energy organizations to translate high-level strategic direction into practical, executable programs. His work spans the full arc from early-stage planning and advisory through hands-on implementation, giving clients continuity from strategy to results.

Chris brings 15 years of experience spanning data centers, SaaS, and utility capital programs, including work on capital programs for Oncor. Over the course of his career, he has also led legacy system modernization efforts and held sales leadership roles, giving him a broad perspective that bridges technology, operations, and client-facing strategy. This combination of technical depth and commercial acumen positions him well to help utility and energy clients navigate complex capital investment and modernization challenges.
