Cynthia Paul is a partner and the national practice leader for market strategy and business development, responsible for growing the depth and breadth of the practice across all customer types and segments. She consults with architectural, engineering and construction clients to drive profitable growth. She helps craft the strategy firms need to successfully enter and capitalize on geographic and market segment opportunities.  

Her work includes identifying market opportunities, analyzing internal company infrastructure and driving consistent performance. She frequently engages in reviewing clients' marketing, sales and customer service abilities to identify gaps and leverage their abilities to win profitable work. Cynthia’s work frequently includes crafting go-to-market strategies, skills building, coaching and culture development. 

Cynthia's knowledge of the industry and presentation style make her a sought-after speaker throughout North America and around the world. 

Before coming to FMI, Cynthia was a zone manager with the Lincoln-Mercury division of Ford Motor Company, working directly with the dealer network on marketing, sales and aligning their economic models to capture their full market potential.
