Cynthia Paul is a partner and the national practice leader for market strategy and business development, responsible for growing the depth and breadth of the practice across all customer types and segments. She consults with architectural, engineering and construction clients to drive profitable growth, and she helps craft the strategy firms need to successfully enter and capitalize on geographic and market segment opportunities.  

Cynthia's work includes identifying market opportunities, analyzing internal company infrastructure and driving consistent performance. She frequently reviews clients' marketing, sales and customer service abilities to identify gaps and help them win profitable work. Her work frequently includes crafting go-to-market strategies, skill building, coaching and culture development for clients.

Cynthia's knowledge of the industry and presentation style make her a sought-after speaker throughout North America and around the world. 

Before coming to FMI, Cynthia was a zone manager with the Lincoln-Mercury division of Ford Motor Company, working directly with the dealer network on marketing, sales and aligning their economic models to capture their full market potential.
