David Edwards is an analyst with FMI Capital Advisors working with the financial advisory team. David is responsible for assisting clients through ownership transfers and mergers and acquisitions, with responsibilities including company valuation, industry research and financial analysis.

Prior to joining FMI, David served as a senior associate at Deloitte in Raleigh, where he provided assurance services on behalf of clients across several industries.
