Denise Gettman

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership and global communication consulting, Denise Gettman is dedicated to helping organizations identify and develop exceptional leaders. Her work centers around leadership assessment and development, building high-performing teams, executive advisory and organizational consulting.  

Prior to joining FMI, Denise was a full-time faculty member at a top-ranked business school, where she developed and led an intensive leadership and communication program for global leaders. She also ran a successful leadership consulting startup, working with leaders and organizations around the world.
