Diego Urdaneta is an application support engineer, focusing on developing, maintaining and supporting the technical infrastructure of various business application systems on the data strategy team. He previously worked as a market data analyst with FMI's compensation team helping manage benchmarking data for the compensation and benefits surveys.

Diego previously worked as a financial analyst and a business analyst, where he developed both financial and data analysis capabilities.
