Emily (Hemming) Cannon is the senior director of programs and executive coaching in FMI’s leadership and organizational development practice. Passionate about developing exceptional leaders in the engineering and construction industries, Emily empowers individuals to unlock their peak potential and enhance self-awareness. Her partnerships with organizations identify training and coaching opportunities to build and foster more effective and impact leaders within the industry.

Before joining FMI, Emily contributed to executive education at the University of Denver, where she specialized in consulting and crafting transformative educational solutions. Her work focused on leadership development and technical training, equipping professionals with the tools to drive meaningful change.
