Emily (Hemming) Cannon is the Leadership Institute and Field Leader Institute program director with FMI’s leadership and organizational development practice. She coaches leaders to reach their peak potential and increase self-awareness. This empowers them to think differently about leading others and become more effective leaders. She also works with organizations to build a pipeline of effective leadership talent and build out custom training offerings.

Prior to joining FMI, Emily worked at Executive Education with the University of Denver, focusing on consulting and creating impactful educational solutions through transformative leadership and technical development training.
