Evan Coughlin

Evan Coughlin is responsible for executing merger and acquisition advisory for a variety of companies across the engineering and construction space. Evan specializes in the construction materials industry including aggregate, hot-mix asphalt, ready-mixed concrete and concrete product producers. 

Before coming to FMI, Evan worked as a summer analyst at Versa Capital Management, a private equity firm in Philadelphia. He was responsible for due diligence of investment opportunities and working with the firm’s portfolio companies. Evan also interned at West Capital Management, a Philadelphia-based private wealth management firm.
