Evan Fairmont is a partner at FMI, where he co-leads the firm’s Energy & Power practice. He advises utilities, developers, EPCs and investors on how to plan, scale and deliver complex energy infrastructure, with a focus on translating strategy into execution to improve performance and accelerate speed to power.

At FMI, Evan is focused on building an Energy & Power practice that connects strategy with execution, combining industry insight with practical tools and delivery approaches to help clients scale operations and meet growing demand. He is particularly passionate about helping clients move from concept to operation more efficiently while improving performance across critical capital investments.

Evan brings more than a decade of experience across strategy, capital program delivery and enterprise transformation for energy and infrastructure clients. His work spans the full project lifecycle and includes designing operating models, standing up enterprise PMOs, strengthening project controls and improving execution across large-scale transmission, generation and renewable portfolios. He has led complex programs and implemented practical, field-ready solutions that improve cost and schedule predictability, enhance stakeholder coordination and drive more consistent project outcomes.
