Gary Henderson

Associate

Gary is an associate with FMI Capital Advisors and is responsible for transaction execution, financial modeling, due diligence and strategic analysis, working closely with business owners and investors to deliver tailored deal solutions. 

Prior to joining FMI, Gary was an investment banking associate at Citigroup, where he advised clients in the paper, packaging, building products and homebuilding sectors on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions. Before transitioning to investment banking, Gary served as an Airborne Radio Operator with Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) as part of a 13-year career in the U.S. Air Force.
