Grace Lattner

As a consultant in leadership and organizational development, Grace is responsible for supporting client engagements and advancing thought leadership content. She is particularly energized working with individuals to maximize their potential and expand their leadership in organizations. She is also passionate about working with high-potential teams and building positive company cultures to improve work experiences.

Before joining FMI, Grace worked in corporate strategy for a data analytics and market research company. This position exposed her to many facets of business including financial planning, strategic investments, business development and talent development across more than 15 global markets.
