Hannah (Bick) Flint

Principal

As a principal with FMI, Hannah works with general and specialty contractors on talent strategy, succession, leadership development, corporate governance, and high-performing teams. With a master's in industrial-organizational psychology and a background in international development, she brings a grounded, people-first lens to the complex challenges growing firms face.

Prior to joining FMI, Hannah worked within the nonprofit sector for close to 10 years, where she led strategy and people development for international firms based in Honduras and Guatemala. This work shaped her worldview on rapidly growing organizations, the importance of high-caliber leadership, and their impact on families and communities.

Hannah's connection to the contractor world runs deeper than her client work. She grew up around her grandfather's construction business in St. Louis, MO. Watching that business grow, change hands across a generation, and eventually sell gave her an early education in the ups, downs, and hard conversations that come with growing a family enterprise. It's part of why she does this work today.
