Hannah (Bick) Flint

As a consultant with FMI, Hannah is responsible for supporting client engagements and advancing thought leadership content, particularly related to strategic thinking. Hannah is passionate about helping others maximize their potential through leadership development. She is also keenly interested in and works on organizational culture, high-performing teams and talent development, among other areas. 

Prior to joining FMI, Hannah worked in international development in Honduras and Guatemala. Initially working in microfinance, she later transitioned to an organization focused on indigenous education and women’s leadership development. Hannah served five years in various roles to hone her skills in fundraising, strategy, operations and finance. Working in different roles in the rapidly growing organization offered her unique opportunities to learn about organizational development and stakeholder relationships alongside a group of exceptional leaders.
