Jake Daniel

Jake Daniel is an analyst at FMI Capital Advisors, FMI Corporation’s investment banking subsidiary. Jake is responsible for company valuation, financial analysis, market and industry research, prospective buyer research, and overall support throughout the mergers and acquisitions process.

Prior to FMI, Jake was an associate on the project finance team at Valta Energy, where he was responsible for structuring and executing credit facilities and tax equity financings to support the build out of solar and battery projects across the U.S. Previously, he was a leveraged finance analyst at Zions Bancorporation, where he supported the underwriting and execution of bespoke financing facilities for sponsor-backed mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries.
