Jeff Coleman

As a consultant in the Leadership and Organizational Development practice, Jeff Is committed to helping build cultures of excellence. To facilitate the creation of high performing teams he emphasizes the need for self-regulated and self-aware leaders who embrace concepts of team leadership.

Jeff has deep experience in implementing performance psychology principles with leaders including a decade of work at the United States Military Academy at West Point. In his previous roles he has created leadership and mental performance programming for high performers and has mentored coaches and consultants in executing these strategies.

He has authored multiple chapters on leadership and has presented at international conferences on team leadership topics, including how leaders must adapt in a changing world.
