Jericho Cruz

Jericho Cruz is FMI's chief data officer, responsible for overseeing data management and strategy, ensuring that data is utilized as a key asset to drive business decisions and innovation.

Jericho brings a wealth of experience to FMI, having held various data scientist and data engineering positions, where he contributed to high-impact projects with the Department of Defense and the Department of Commerce. His work primarily focused on areas such as governance, risk and compliance, cyber and network operations, information technology service management, financial reporting and supply chain optimization. Notably, as a solutions architect, Jericho excelled in managing end-to-end data projects, demonstrating a unique ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic solutions. His multidisciplinary expertise has been instrumental in driving significant improvements in efficiency, security and decision-making processes.

Jericho began his career serving in the United States Marine Corps for eight years where he completed deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve.
