Kayla Garcia

Kayla Garcia is a programs coordinator with FMI’s Leadership Institute and Field Leader Institute, ensuring that attendees and clients have an exceptional experience. She serves as the main point of contact before, during and after the program, helping coordinate logistics, administer assessments and conduct post-event follow ups.

Before joining FMI, Kayla worked as a client success manager in corporate housing where her responsibilities included completing move-in and move-out paperwork and coordinating all aspects of the housing experience. She also helped create a training program for new hires, reducing turnover.
