Ken Bautista

Ken is a senior analyst with FMI's performance practice where he focuses on the maintenance and continuous improvement of data infrastructure. He supports a variety of consulting engagements in collaboration with senior partners and consultants, and develops analytics for clients.

Ken's passion for analytics comes from using data to optimize decisions for his family-owned food truck and leveraging that information to grow into a brick-and-mortar restaurant through making sound financial decisions. After college, he worked as an analyst for a real-estate investment firm with clients ranging from builders to institutional investors. Prior to FMI, Ken was the lead analyst to CoStar Group's hospitality subsidiary, primarily architecting an end-to-end analytics solution and optimizing marketing spending.
