Her work focuses on compensation benchmarking, salary structure design, job architecture and advancing compensation programs to meet changing organizational demands.

Kenia brings deep expertise in developing scalable, market-informed compensation approaches across all levels of an organization. Her experience includes designing organization wide salary structures, job architecture and leveling, market pricing and integrating skills into compensation and workforce frameworks. Known for her practical and data-driven approach, she helps organizations navigate complex compensation challenges and implement sustainable, competitive solutions.

Prior to joining FMI, Kenia built nearly a decade of experience in compensation, including over seven years in professional services consulting with Mercer and Willis Towers Watson. She has worked with organizations across industries to evaluate compensation programs, design job architecture frameworks and deliver strategic insights that support informed decision-making.
