Kyla Ramirez

Kyla coordinates FMI’s custom program offerings and supports the delivery of the firm’s engineering and construction-focused training programs. She works closely with operations managers to ensure customized training initiatives are executed seamlessly, overseeing program logistics, participant support and post-program assessments.

Prior to joining FMI, Kyla spent six years as a training coordinator supporting an enterprise-wide ERP implementation at a global nonprofit organization. Her expertise includes training logistics, cross-functional coordination, budget management and process improvement. She is passionate about creating efficient, well-organized processes that enhance the learning experience and contribute to successful program outcomes.
