Laurie Addison

Senior Consultant

Laurie is passionate about helping leaders and organizations in the built environment unlock their full potential. As a senior consultant in FMI's leadership and organizational development practice, she partners with clients to accelerate leadership growth, prepare high-potential individuals for their next roles through rigorous succession planning, build high-performing teams and cultivate cultures where top talent chooses to stay and grow.

Prior to joining FMI, Laurie held senior executive and consulting roles across residential, commercial and infrastructure construction, as well as public and private equity-backed businesses spanning energy, industrial automation, government and manufacturing. That cross-sector perspective gives her a distinctive ability to meet clients where they are — and help them get where they need to go.
