Mallory Smith

Mallory Smith is an associate consultant at FMI, where she focuses on leadership and organizational development. She partners with executives and leadership teams to build high-performing organizations, strengthen team effectiveness and develop confident, capable leaders. Mallory works directly with executive leaders, facilitates cohort-based leadership programs and supports firms through ownership transfer and succession management initiatives.

Prior to joining FMI, Mallory served as a Strategic Project Manager for the State of Colorado, where she led complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives that shape her practical approach to developing leaders in high-accountability environments.
