Matt Kennedy

Matt Kennedy works with clients to build enduring organizations by establishing a foundation of strong leadership performance and depth of talent. He works with individuals and leadership teams to maximize performance and guide under-performing organizations to success.  

His engagements include developing individual leaders, increasing leadership team effectiveness and addressing critical organizational needs. Matt also assists executives in creating a bench of succession-capable talent, boosting individual and organizational strategic thinking, and setting a clear vision for company success. With experience leading several companies of as many as 250 people in operations, logistics and human resource management, Matt is driven to assist leaders at every level to find their peak performance. 

Matt served as an officer in the United States Army for 22 years and worked in some of the service's top-performing organizations. He launched a successful landscape contracting business in Raleigh, NC, and applies the same Peak Leadership principles in his own company.
