Matt Shore

Matt Shore is an investment banking analyst at FMI Capital Advisors, a subsidiary of FMI Corporation. He works with the contractors and construction services team to prepare marketing materials, conduct financial analysis, facilitate due diligence and execute other aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process.

Before joining FMI, he was a financial analyst at Houlihan Lokey, working on the technology M&A team in New York. He worked on a variety of software M&A transactions across marketing technology, digital media, human resources technology and proprietary technology.
