Natalie Dolan

Natalie Dolan supports recruiting efforts across FMI for roles within corporate services, investment banking and consulting. She partners closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to help identify, attract and engage high caliber talent aligned with FMI’s culture and growth objectives. Natalie works to create positive candidate experiences by building relationships and ensuring a thoughtful, well coordinated hiring process for each role. She also assists with onboarding coordination and helps guide new employees through their early experiences at FMI, contributing to a seamless transition into the firm.

Before joining FMI, Natalie worked in talent acquisition supporting a range of industries and organizations, developing experience in full cycle recruiting and candidate relationship management.
