Nelson Newman is a consultant in FMI's performance practice and works with contractors to optimize profitability and manage risks. Nelson leverages his construction, engineering and business backgrounds to assist clients in overcoming current challenges and positioning them for long-term success.

Before joining FMI, Nelson's passion for building led him to serve as a construction supervisor and engineer at a global engineering and defense contractor, overseeing the new construction of nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and submarines.
