Nick Herron is a consultant in FMI’s performance practice and is responsible for improving operational efficiency and consistency for FMI’s clients. Nick develops tailored business outcomes to allow contractors to achieve operational excellence and improve their bottom lines.

Prior to joining FMI, Nick served as an operational performance improvement consultant to private equity firms and their holdings throughout the U.S. and Canada.
