Nicole Kincaid

As a training coordinator with FMI’s Training Institute, Nicole helps support the planning and delivery of leadership development programs across the built environment. She works behind the scenes to keep programs running smoothly by coordinating logistics, assessments, materials and participant experience to help create a seamless experience for both clients and participants. 

Nicole brings more than 12 years of experience in training, program management and learning operations, supporting global training programs, coordinating virtual and in-person learning experiences, and improving processes to create stronger learner and client experiences. Her background includes program delivery, stakeholder coordination, reporting, LMS support and operational improvements across technology and training organizations.
