Paula Vigil

Paula Vigil is a programs coordinator with FMI Consulting, supporting the coordination and delivery of leadership development programs offered through FMI's Training Institute. She works closely with consultants and client teams to manage logistics, communications and program materials, helping ensure a high-quality learning experience for participants.

Before joining FMI, Paula served as Regulatory Affairs and Education Manager for the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs, where she coordinated industry education programs and worked with builders, developers and local agencies on regulatory and policy matters affecting the construction community. She also brings experience working directly with residential construction and housing operations.
