Peter Millerhagen

Peter is a Training Facilitator and Project Manager within FMI's Training Institute Practice, where he works with organizations across the AEC industry to develop leaders and strengthen team performance. 

He facilitates training programs across North America, helping leaders build practical management skills, gain confidence in their roles, and navigate the real challenges that come with growing responsibility. His facilitation style is highly interactive and grounded in real-world application, with an emphasis on learning that carries into day-to-day work.

Before joining FMI, Peter worked in single-family residential development, where he led construction teams and supported the delivery of high-quality projects. His experience in the field shapes his approach to facilitation and fuels his interest in helping individuals and teams perform at their best, regardless of role or title.
