Rahil Pansuriya

As a fellow on the Leadership and Organizational Development practice, Rahil supports clients by strengthening leadership capability and enhancing organizational effectiveness to help them navigate complex business challenges and achieve sustainable results. Rahil focuses on developing tailored leadership development strategies, facilitating organizational alignment and translating insights into actionable approaches that drive culture, performance and long-term growth.

Prior to joining FMI, Rahil was a project engineer for a structural restoration and strengthening general contractor, supporting the successful execution of complex infrastructure rehabilitation projects across commercial, transportation and aviation markets. He collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate field operations, manage project schedules and budgets and ensure work was delivered safely and efficiently. Through his experience, Rahil developed a strong foundation in project management, stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.

He is passionate about leadership development, organizational effectiveness and continuous learning. Throughout his career, he has earned certifications in project management, construction safety and business technology, reflecting his commitment to professional growth and delivering value to clients.
