Rick Reese

Rick Reese consults with a diverse group of general and specialty contractors, construction managers and construction materials manufacturers on strategic, financial and operational issues. He helps executives evaluate their organizations’ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats through critical analysis and industry comparisons. Rick is committed to the execution of action plans and the implementation of corporate strategies to meet the ongoing challenges his clients face. 

Rick appreciates the challenges facing contractors today. As the director of FMI's Project Manager Academy (PMA), he leads a dedicated team of facilitators committed to developing the industry's project management capabilities. The entire PMA staff has direct construction and manufacturing experience and is focused on helping turn great builders into great business people. Rick also works with individual companies and associations to bring the PMA course in-house to meet their specific needs. 

Prior to joining FMI, Rick was a regional manager with a large national specialty and service contractor. He also spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force holding a wide variety of leadership positions.
