Roozbeh Kermani is a consultant in FMI’s strategy practice, where he helps clients identify growth opportunities, navigate organizational challenges and develop practical, data-driven strategies. Drawing on his background as a strategy consultant and applied economist, Roozbeh focuses on strategic planning, market intelligence and performance optimization across the built environment.

Before joining FMI, Roozbeh served as a lead consultant and economist advising government agencies, universities and transit authorities on strategic planning, operational efficiency and performance measurement. His work has included developing key performance indicator frameworks for a multi-billion-dollar federal investment initiative, leading workforce transformation strategies for one of the largest U.S. transit systems, and optimizing engagement strategy and donation growth at a major research university. Roozbeh brings mroe than seven years of consulting and management experience, complemented by more than four years of academic experience, during which he published extensively on economic behavior and market systems.

His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national conferences, with topics ranging from market segmentation to structural modeling. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and certified in project management and digital strategy. Roozbeh brings a cross-cultural perspective to his work with diverse clients and teams.
