Operations Manager

Sara Jarrett serves as Operations Manager within FMI’s Risk Management practice, where she partners with construction clients to strengthen risk management programs and translate complex strategies into streamlined, actionable processes.

Her areas of focus include construction risk management, captive insurance, and subcontractor risk management programs.

Sara draws on more than 25 years of experience in commercial insurance consulting and in-house construction risk management to help FMI clients turn complex risk challenges into practical strategies that support sustainable growth.
