As an associate consultant in FMI's leadership and organizational development practice, Shreeja Shah provides support to project teams and creates content for client engagements. She also supports client facilitations and contributes to thought leadership. Her background in learning and development helps leaders and organizations grow successfully.

She has prior experience working in talent development supporting talent reviews, performance management and succession development. Shreeja also helped manage leadership development and early career programs.
