Silver Mehmedovic

Silver Mehmedovic is the information technology operations manager at FMI, where he plays a pivotal role in aligning IT initiatives with the company’s strategic goals. He is responsible for managing the internal IT team, overseeing the transition from a managed service provider helpdesk to an in-house support structure, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's network infrastructure and systems. Silver leads efforts in optimizing system performance, conducting upgrades and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company assets.

In his role, Silver manages FMI’s annual IT budget, strategically procures technology solutions, and drives the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge technologies that meet the evolving needs of the firm. He is also at the forefront of developing and implementing comprehensive IT security policies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and overseeing vendor management, including contracts and licensing agreements.

Prior to joining FMI, Silver played key IT roles at PebblePost, Criteo and Weight Watchers, where he successfully led large-scale projects and continually expanded his expertise through advanced IT certifications. His diverse experience and strategic approach have been instrumental in transforming FMI’s IT operations to support long-term business growth.
