Silver Mehmedovic

Silver Mehmedovic is the Director of IT and Security leading the firm’s technology operations, infrastructure and evolving security program. His work focuses on building reliable, scalable systems and strengthening the security and stability of FMI’s technology environment across all offices.

Silver oversees the internal IT team, manages enterprise infrastructure and directs initiatives that improve system performance, modernize platforms and support firm-wide efficiency. His responsibilities include identity and access management, endpoint management, security operations and the development of practical security policies and processes that continue to mature as the firm grows. He also manages FMI’s technology budget, vendor relationships and the evaluation of solutions that support the organization’s long-term direction.

Prior to joining FMI, Silver held key IT roles across large enterprise telecom, global ad-tech and fast-growing technology environments, where he managed teams and supported systems at varying stages of scale and operational maturity. This range of experience has shaped his adaptable approach to technology leadership, security practice development and long-term planning.
