IT Operations Manager
Silver Mehmedovic is the information technology operations manager at FMI responsible for managing the company’s IT team, the managed service provider helpdesk, and the engineering and project management teams. He provides hands on support and resolution of general IT issues, and oversees the network infrastructure and systems functionality, performance and upgrades.
Silver manages the company’s annual IT budget, procures equipment, and evaluates strategic solutions to meet firm needs. He is responsible for creating organizational IT security policies, implementing best practices and managing vendor contracts and licenses.
Before joining FMI, he held various IT roles with companies such as PebblePost, Criteo and Weight Watchers, where he managed many large-scale projects and continually added to his IT certifications.
