Solomon Alolga

Solomon Alolga is an associate at FMI Capital Advisors. He is responsible for supporting construction materials clients in the execution of mergers and acquisitions through financial analysis, company valuation and market research. 

Prior to joining FMI, Solomon was an investment banking associate in the mergers & acquisitions group at Bank of America, where he advised on a variety of transactions across industrials, healthcare, and consumer and retail sectors. Before transitioning to investment banking, Solomon worked in public accounting at KPMG and Deloitte, where he advised private equity and hedge fund clients on tax planning, structuring and compliance matters.
