Sophia Hayes is an Analyst in the Strategy practice at FMI. In her role, she supports the strategy team with analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, interviews, and in-depth research to develop actionable findings.

Before joining FMI, Sophia gained experience through internships in renewable energy and journalism. In these roles, she supported data-driven decision-making, client relationship development, and process optimization.
