Steena Chandler

Steena Chandler a partner and practice leader of FMI's Leadership and Organizational Development practice. She advises CEOs, boards and executive teams across the engineering, construction and owner communities on the decisions that shape a firm's next chapter, including succession, executive selection, talent strategy and the leadership capabilities required to support growth ambitions and execute complex projects.

Her recent work includes developing CEO and executive team roadmaps to ensure business continuity, helping large sophisticated firms set and implement talent strategies, and working with executives to identify risks during periods of rapid growth and accelerated performance demands. 

Before joining FMI, Steena ran operations for a fast-growing, venture-backed solar company based in East Africa, where she built and led operational teams across several countries. Her career also includes meaningful work in the non-profit sector, where she developed a conviction that the strength of any organization comes back to the quality of its leaders.
