As an Associate Consultant, Sydney supports clients by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments to address clients' business challenges. She analyzes market trends, synthesizes data, and collaborates with clients to develop insights and recommendations.

Prior to joining FMI, Sydney worked in demand planning, where she built expertise in data analysis, forecasting, market research, and investment decision-making. She received her MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, with a concentration in strategy and consulting and coursework focused on real estate.
