Tim Tokarczyk

Tim Tokarczyk has consulted with individuals and organizations in the construction industry for more than a decade. He coaches leaders to operate at peak level effectiveness and guides companies in clarifying vision, designing organizational structures to support business strategies, and preserving and shifting organizational culture.  

Tim has extensive firsthand experience leading content development teams, designing hiring and onboarding programs, and developing project management and performance evaluation processes. 

Prior to joining FMI, Tim worked in recruitment and leadership selection for a high-growth health care consulting firm. He also served with a nonprofit consulting firm, providing management, financial, marketing and operational consulting to small business owners.
