Victoria serves as a Graphic Designer on FMI’s marketing team, creating high-quality, brand-aligned materials that equip our teams to effectively support and communicate with clients. She focuses on serving as a brand steward, developing and executing visual strategy across all communication channels to ensure consistency and impact.
Victoria's multidisciplinary skillset is shaped by experience delivering creative services for nonprofit, economic development, commercial real estate, and education organizations. In previous roles, she led a high-performing design team and built efficient, end-to-end creative processes.
In 2024, Victoria became a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, strengthening her market-focused perspective and deepening her ability to apply data-driven insights to the materials she creates.
