Compensation Analyst
As an analyst on FMI’s Compensation & Rewards team, Walter is responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking to support essential business decisions among A/E/C clients. Walter assists in analyzing base pay, incentives, and benefits and developing programs to enhance client’s ability to attract, motivate, and retain talent.
Prior to FMI, Walter worked in Compensation and HR roles at a global financial services firm, where he provided analytical support to performance planning cycles and collaborated with HR colleagues in the development of competitive offers. Prior to his compensation and HR experience, Walter worked in retail banking, building relationships with customers to guide their rudimentary financial decisions.
