William Barringer

William is a senior consultant in FMI's strategy practice advising private equity clients through acquisitions across the built environment. He leverages data-driven insights through market research, commercial due diligence and competitive analysis to help a broad range of private equity firms drive value-creation during complex transactions.

Prior to FMI, William worked as a senior-level consultant helping life science companies and private equity firms in the areas of M&A and integration activities. He led thorough due diligence processes that drove alignment and accelerated value realization for potential targets within the industry. William began his career as an engineer for large pharmaceutical companies.
