Winston Smith

Winston Smith is an associate with FMI Capital Advisors, FMI Corporation's investment banking subsidiary. Winston is responsible for supporting senior bankers in the execution of mergers and acquisitions through financial analysis, company valuation, market research and the preparation of marketing materials.

Before joining FMI, Winston was an investment banking associate at D.A. Davidson in Denver, where he focused on commercial and residential services, infrastructure services, specialty materials, and aerospace, defense, and government sectors. Prior to that, he worked at Class VI covering a range of industrial end markets. He previously interned at a family office in Miami. Winston served two years in the Peace Corps as a Sustainable Agriculture Systems volunteer in Panama.
