FMI Advises ChemQuest Chemicals in Sale to Seatex
FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of ChemQuest Chemicals, LLC (ChemQuest), a portfolio company of Edgewater Capital Partners (Edgewater), to Seatex, LLC (Seatex), a Cotton Creek Capital portfolio company. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to ChemQuest for this transaction.
Headquartered in Pasadena, Texas, ChemQuest is a custom chemical manufacturer serving a diverse set of end-markets. For more than 25 years, the company has provided custom toll manufacturing services to customers globally, with expertise in complex blending and reactionary synthesis. Through the transaction, ChemQuest will bring to Seatex enhanced production capabilities, increased capacity and a complementary customer base.
