Cadre Coaching to Build Peak Teams
It is not one husky, but rather 12-16 dogs that make the 1,049-mile trek through blizzards with whiteout conditions, subzero temperatures and gale-force winds with wind chills of minus 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Finishing the Iditarod Trail in Alaska’s back country in one piece requires a team of highly trained dogs and a talented musher that can work together effectively. It takes years of training to produce incredible physical endurance, but, most importantly, to create a team that operates in sync.

Regardless of your environmental challenges, the success of a team does not fall on one top-performing leader or “top dog.” All teammates must be functioning at peak performance and rallied around a team purpose.
